I help women lose weight and tone their bodies through StrengthTraining and Conditioning. I provide a space for women to have an outlet of release because we go through so much day in and day out , some of us don't have an outlet to release and some of us don't even know HOW to release . I went through a really rough time in my life where I lost my car , my job, my mom, and became a mom. As you can imagine , that put me into a very depressed state. I realized I couldn't stay in that space so I did what I knew which was get in the gym.
I started going to the gym every day and this one particular day I was leaving the gym and I felt AMAZING . I couldn't understand why and what was different from the other days . I did a little research and found out your body produces a chemical called dopamine which is like a happy drug , when you exercise . So I'm big on if you're feeling happy, sad , angry , anxious however , to get in the gym. I guarantee you will feel amazing when you leave . My motto is don't leave here the same way you came here. This is why, I love fitness so much. I want people to experience that same feeling I experienced in the gym for themselves.
